Remove the stopper, and fill with hot water from your faucet or a kettle. Ensure the bottle is tightly sealed, and you’re ready to go.

When you’re not using your bottle, remove the stopper and empty any water inside. Leave the bottle to dry out before storing, and store out of direct heat and sunlight. Leave the stopper out of the bottle, and store flat. It’s best to avoid contact with any other chemicals, so consider storing in a cupboard or drawer away from any household cleaning products.
Yes - remove your bottle from the cover beforehand, and then wash at a warm temperature.
Eco hot water bottles soften slightly once you fill them with hot water, however they will still be noticeably firmer than our classic hot water bottles.
Depending on how you store and care for your bottle and how frequently you use it, hot water bottles can last for several years without any problems. Be sure to check the bottle and stopper regularly for signs of wear or damage. It’s best practice to replace your hot water bottle every few years, even if there are no obvious signs of damage.
The warranty covers any defects caused as a result of materials or workmanship. Factors not covered by warranty include damage caused by handling, storage, accidents, or misuse/abuse of the product.
