Hugo founded the business in Germany in 1999, built on years of experience as an Industrial Engineer and Production Manager for a hot water bottle production facility. A keen eye for quality, a passion for what he was creating, and a flair for building strong long-standing relationships have led to what you see today.
To this day we are a family business, constantly looking to build and innovate using our 20 years of experience to bring soothing warmth and relaxation to people around the world.
